Countdown – 6 Weeks until Launch

Stalling.

After months of playing around with different concepts, creating new patterns and finalising ideas, we have come to a point of relative inactivity. At least it seems that way.

All of a sudden, everything is starting to feel pretty overwhelming. There are still so many things to do and plan and we only have 6 weeks left until launch ! Oh My Dear God, how did time go so fast !

We have started sampling but fabric printing is taking a bit longer than expected. We are, while we are waiting for the printed fabrics to arrive, working on the plain garments for now.

Garment labels have been ordered and they are also delayed, because for some reason, my e-mails don’t seem to coming through properly.

A new website is under way …. but progress is SLOW !

Until we have all samples ready, photo-shoot can not be organised … catalogues can not be designed, and website can not be finalised. So not much I can do there really, is there ?

In fact, I have not even seen a single finished garment so far. Not a single one ! This is the most finished garment that I have seen so far and as you can see, it is NOWHERE near finished. Argh !!

Should I be worried ?! YES, probably but stressing isn’t going to help me at this point. I am doing what I can to get stuff done. I can’t do more than that. I have faith that it will all work out in the end.

In the meanwhile, let’s just breath, enjoy the sunshine, smile and focus on bettering ourselves !
