Apologies that I have been a bit quiet here the last couple of weeks but on top of kids now being off school, I have been busy making costumes for the kids, in preparation of Camp Bestival.
The theme this year was “Wild Things”, so i figured some animal costumes would be appropriate. I made a couple of peacock costumes, a leopard, a tiger, a fox and a couple of butterflies .
I had never really made any costumes for the kids before but it was so much fun, so they may find that they will have quite a few more soon.
We had a wonderful weekend at Camp Bestival. So many highlights, it is hard to know where to start. Here are a few pictures of what we got up to on the first couple of days, before all our cameras and phones ran out of battery. We are already looking forward to next year.
